Mart 2012'de gerçekleştirilecek 8. IAWRT (The International Association of Women in Radio and Television) Asian Women's Film Festival'ın küratörü İffat Fatima'dan Türkiyeli kadın yönetmenlere çok önemli bir çağrı var. Kendisinin bize gönderdiği maili sizlerle paylaşarak aradaki iletişime katkıda bulunmayı ve bu güzel organizasyona katılabilecek değerli yönetmenlerimizin olmasını ümit ediyoruz.
The event will showcase the works of Asian women directors in a range of genres - short fiction, documentary, animation and television reportage. The March 2011 event often ran to full houses, welcoming audiences to 42 short films, which included 30 South Asian premieres and 6 World premieres. Alongside the incredible audience attendance, a record roll-call of 34 filmmakers turned out to support the Festival... a fitting tribute to the 100th year of International Women’s Day.
